Pricing

For all subscriptions, you must provide a credit card or bank account for billing.

For monthly subscriptions, your payment method will be charged immediately for the full monthly amount of the plan you select. It will then be charged, automatically, each month on the same day for the current monthly plan amount. For example, if you sign up September 15th, then your card will again be charged on October 15th and the 15th of each month thereafter.

We will send an email 7 days prior to charging your payment method indicating the amount to be billed.

For annual subscriptions, your payment method will be charged immediately for the full annual amount of the plan you select. It will then be charged, automatically, each year on the same date for the current annual plan amount (in the case of February 29, the billing date will be adjusted to March 1).

We will send an email 30 days prior to charging your payment method indicating the amount to be billed.

For monthly subscriptions, you may change plans at any time. You will simply be charged, for the difference between your original plan and the new plan for the remainder of the month. However, there is no credit if you choose a lower plan. Your subscription will renew at the beginning of the next month at the new plan level and you will be billed for that plan amount.

If you would like to change from a monthly to an annual subscription, you may do so, but there will be no credit for the months you have already paid, however you will be credited for the amount paid for the current month, and the annual subscription will be for one full year starting on the date you were previously billed.

Example: you signed up on March 1 and on September 15 you opt to change to an annual subscription. You will be credited for the current month, September, your annual subscription will be created with a start date of September 1, you will be billed for the full annual amount less the amount you were already billed for September, and your subscription will renew on September 1 of the next year.

For annual subscriptions, you may change to a higher plan at any time. You will be charged additionally for the new plan price prorated to the number of days remaining in your subscription year. Your plan will renew at the new level at the beginning of your next subscription year.

You may only change from an annual to a monthly subscription during the first 30 days of the subscription. This is treated as an annual subscription cancellation.

For monthly subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. You will receive a credit for your plan price divided by the number of days remaining in the current month.

For annual subscriptions, you may cancel anytime during the first 30 days. You will receive a credit for the full plan price less the one month price for that plan level.

Example: If you cancel an Advanced plan you will receive a credit for $809 (999 - 109).

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our platform, it is not possible to offer a trial account.

However, for monthly plans you may cancel at any time and receive a credit for your unused time and, for annual plans, you may cancel during the first 30 days and only pay for one month.
